The Inception
The journey of BRAINCODE began with a life-changing experience. In 2013, founder Preeti Mishra Upadhyaya underwent a Biometric Analysis that transformed her understanding of human potential. With a strong research orientation, she pursued extensive study, professional training, certifications, and practical application of the science. Inspired by its remarkable impact, she began mentoring students, parents, and professionals in 2014. After witnessing countless success stories, she formally registered BRAINCODE with the Government of India in 2022.

Preeti Mishra Upadhyaya is the Founder & Director of BRAINCODE Boost-a-Brain, an innovative career guidance and international career planning platform dedicated to helping students and professionals discover their true potential and make informed career decisions. With over two decades of experience spanning education, psychology, human potential assessment, leadership, and social development, she has guided thousands of individuals towards meaningful academic, professional, and personal growth.
She holds an MBA in Marketing & HR, a PG qualification in NGO Management, and professional certifications in CSR, Forensic Science (Fingerprint Analysis), Career Counseling, Cognitive Psychology, and International Career Planning. By combining scientific assessment tools with personalized mentoring, she helps individuals identify their natural strengths, learning styles, personality traits, and career suitability, enabling them to make confident and future-ready career choices.
Over the years, she has worked with leading market and social research organizations, civil society organizations (CSOs), NGOs, educational institutions, and foundations in senior leadership and strategic management roles. As a consultant, advisor, and mentor, she has supported organizations in designing impactful programmes, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening sustainable growth.
She is an active member of prestigious professional and business networks, including BNI (Business Network International), GIBF (Global India Business Forum), Rotary International, IBSEA (International Business and Social Entrepreneurship Association), and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Through these networks, she stays closely connected with industry leaders, educators, employers, and global professionals, enabling her to provide career guidance that aligns with evolving industry trends and emerging opportunities.
An internationally recognized social entrepreneur and recipient of several national and global awards, Preeti has represented India at leadership forums and professional engagements across Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, Thailand, Cambodia, Uganda, and the United Arab Emirates, while interacting with experts and delegates from more than 90 countries. Her global exposure gives her a unique perspective on international education pathways, emerging careers, leadership, entrepreneurship, and future workforce trends.
As the founder of BRAINCODE, her mission extends far beyond helping someone choose a course or a job. She believes that every individual possesses unique abilities waiting to be discovered. Through scientific assessments, one-to-one mentoring, career mapping, and international career planning, she empowers students to select the right academic path, supports graduates in making informed higher education and career decisions, and helps working professionals identify new opportunities, career transitions, leadership pathways, and personal growth strategies.
Alongside her work in career mentoring, she is deeply committed to creating social impact. Through collaborations with AIM Trust, CII Foundation, educational institutions, government agencies, and corporate CSR partners, she has empowered more than thousands of rural adolescent girls and youth through career guidance, digital literacy, employability, and skill development initiatives under the flagship programme Hello Daughters/Bitiya.
She also champions inclusion through AUDIS – Rhythm of Possibilities, a unique platform that promotes the livelihoods and talents of artists with disabilities, including persons with visual impairments, artists with dwarfism, and other gifted performers. The initiative reflects her belief that true potential is never defined by limitations but by talent, determination, and opportunity.
